What Agent Hub does

Agent Hub is a personal workspace for organizing tasks, project context, calendar planning, and reviewable actions. Connected services are optional and remain scoped to the workspace where you connect them.

Information we use

Agent Hub stores your account information, such as your name and email address, and the workspace information you choose to create. When you connect Google, we receive the account identity and the capability you authorize.

• Google Calendar access is used to read upcoming events and to prepare calendar events that are created only after you approve the action.
• Gmail access is used to search message metadata such as subject, sender, date, and snippet, and to prepare drafts. Agent Hub does not send email on your behalf.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest on the server and are never returned to the browser.

How we use information

We use connected data only to provide the features you request, keep your workspace synchronized, show provider health, and execute actions that you explicitly approve. We do not sell Google data or use it for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Agent Hub retains workspace data and encrypted connection records while your account or connection is active. You can disconnect Google capabilities independently from the Integrations screen. Disconnecting revokes the stored Google credential when possible and removes the local connection record. You can request account or data deletion by contacting farouk.sellami@azelpi.com.

Security

Browser requests go through the authenticated Agent Hub web application. Provider credentials and OAuth tokens stay on the API and worker services, and provider actions are subject to the workspace approval flow where applicable. No security measure is absolute, so please contact us promptly if you believe an account or connection has been compromised.
